Sunday School
Director: Alan Moore

ARE YOU ATTENDING SUNDAY SCHOOL?

By not attending Sunday School, to me, is like going out to
dinner and not having a full course meal. My first
thoughts, before accepting the ministry as Sunday school
director, were "I must maintain my presence in the classroom
to learn more from my teacher." I realized that Sunday
school was not a means to keep members active or to
attend Church. However, Sunday School is achieving the
goal of discipleship. Like Jesus teaching His disciples to
enter the harvest field, we too are being discipled in Sunday
school. Sunday School prepares us to face the outside
world by becoming obedient to God's will.
I invite all to participate in Sunday School. Fellowship in
the classroom and how to learn a new way of life as Christians,
is part of God's plan in becoming disciples. Are you
the complacent Christian that's not growing? Join me and
others to be a part of God's continuing work as he molds
us to make a difference in a changing world.

Alan Moore,
Sunday School Director
